As you might have been reading some of my blogs, you will notice that I am very interested in El Paso and its development. As a native El Pasoan I am truly excited to see all the major development projects in progress and anxious for others to begin. I think it is safe to say that the small town mentality that plagued the city throught much of its history is now changing for the better. The overall theme of all these projects is "improving quality of life".

One such project is THE FOUNTAINS at FARAH. This Mall is taking the shopping experience to a new level with its state-of-the-art desgin which some media sources have suggested is one of a kind. The 600,000 square foot power lifestyle center will cater to best in class national junior anchors, fashion and name brand fashion retailers, as well as upscale boutiques and restaurants. This is an experience that is sure to change the outside perception of shopping in El Paso.

By the way, take a look at this listing in the area that will be a 10 minute drive from The Fountains and a great starter home for those looking for new construction in an established part of El Paso.
